Every tube in this chassis is CNC laser cut and coped before it ever hits the fixture. The joints fit the same way every time, the frame comes out of the jig to the same numbers, and one Coyote matches the next. It means a setup sheet actually transfers from one car to another.
Built on 1.25" × .065" tubing
The aluminum body is also CNC laser cut to ensure panels seat correctly and fasteners line up.
